R&R Development and E.R.A, Expat Rentals Amsterdam is an experienced and ambitious real estate & hospitality developer founded in 2004, specialized in transforming and develop distressed Monumental Buildings in the centre of Amsterdam. The two companies has been created over the years by the two owners who made first their name in the Hospitality industry by owning and operating several hotels in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. During these years they have gathered all their experiences and are using them now in providing beautiful, comfortable, practical and well located furnished renting apartments in Amsterdam city centre, developing distressed buildings and provide Property Management Services.

Today E.R.A & R&R are focussing on clear, honest, short and transparent communication and offering quality furnished Apartments to their clients.

For past and future investments and developments they focus on the City Centre of Amsterdam, with a strong preference for the main canal belt, and interest in both Apartments and Commercial Properties or Combinations.

All the properties in our Portfolio are owned and managed by our self, this way we make sure high level of service and quality is guaranteed. Finding a rental property in Amsterdam city centre can be very challenging and not easy. We try to make a difference, and once you have contacted us you will have contact with the same person until you move in to the apartment, and even after…..short and transparent communication is our goal always.

Our tenancy agreements contain the correct conditions and your personal information is kept in line with the guidelines.

As we owning all our properties we don’t charge any fee to our tenants, its simply the agreed monthly rent and a regular two months deposit. Our fully furnished and upholstered properties are mostly rented between 6 months and 2 years.
